the Meadow Ridge Heritage Barn Project
The Meadow Ridge Barn is currently being reassembled at its new location on the grounds of the Bronck Museum in the footprint of a barn that once stood along Route 9W. Raising the barn is going to be a unique and worthwhile challenge, and we couldn’t have made it this far without your assistance. The original 19th century frame of the barn is slowly coming together, and once raised we will be adding a new roof and siding which will guarantee another century of carefree and fruitful use by GCHS for interpretive displays and educational events. Your contribution, no matter the sum, will help us successfully raise the heritage barn and kick off a new chapter in the work of the Greene County Historical Society.
